While snakes are an often maligned species, Dea Dia finds beauty in the powerful serpent. The shedding of the skin represents rebirth, renewal and transformation which are favorite themes of Dea Dia designer & owner, Jessica Lawson. They make the perfect totem or guardian! This serpent ring was first sculpted by hand in wax in Dea Dia's high desert studio (home to many snakes, the desert - not the studio!) before being cast in recycled metals in DTLA.
