Beth Naumann started working on hand bent mobiles and jewelry in 2010 in exploring her appreciation for the physical work of creating and the inherent beauty of simple materials. Drawing from her background in architecture, her explorations have resulted in geometric forma that fuse movement with structure, beauty without embellishment, fluidity without hard connections. In 2011, she launched "Hellbent", her first jewelry line. Originally from the Midwest, Beth now lives and works in Oakland, California.

For this show, Beth created suspended geometric forms in brass, playing with free-moving connections and gravity, resulting in line-drawing like pieces that move between two and three dimensions. The "line drawing" mobiles take on new life and dimension with light, shadow and human interaction.
