Verdantly Still Opening Reception
Group photo of all the artists who participated in the show.
Our latest gallery show, Verdantly Still, featuring work by all of the Rare Device staff opened to a bustling crowd last Friday. With 25 pieces in an array of different mediums - from metal work to collage to paintings, each piece has been inspired by not only the young, verdant, and growing, but also by what that becomes over time: quiet, overgrown, and slowly fading. While not exclusively about them, the show is decidedly influenced by our current fascination with plants.
Artists include Annie Amundsen, Kayla Conyer, Giselle Gyalzen, Dave Medal, Sarah Rogers Miller, Rachel T. Robertson, Erin Rice, Lauren Brunsvik, Isalina Chow, and Jenn Zipp.
