Today I got my October issue of Domino in the mail. The back page is "10 Things That Make Me Happy" and our Amy Tavern stacking gold rings are in it. (Amy will be doing a trunk show at Rare Device on November 1.) The "me" in the Domino article happens to be Lena Corwin, who is a good friend and also was the first person to show artwork at Rare Device in Brooklyn, back in May 2006.
Lena has a new book out (which we sell) and also currently collaborates with Maria of port2port to curate the visual journal Lines & Shapes (which we sell). Maria has a brand-new book with Stephanie Congdon Barnes (which we will have up in the webshop tonight) and Stephanie is RD co-owner Lisa's sister. Whew! Got that?
