This dyptich is made from two 14"x 14" square panels. A split composition of extreme contrasts in light and dark, sold and gradient color fields mimics a sense of a doorway. The right edge of the panels pop with a contrasting gradient further suggesting that the piece itself is a passage to a place beyond. Hanging wires are installed for easy at-home installation. Made with acrylic paint, gesso, baltic birch panel, and satin varnish.
