Valentine's Pop-up and Trunk Show with Colleen Mauer Designs and Ampersand Flowers

Valentine's Trunk Show and Pop-Up Shop

Rare Device invites all to a Valentine’s Day Pop-Up & Trunkshow with Colleen Mauer Designs and Ampersand Flower Shop.

CMD jewelry is a beloved favorite at Rare Device, and we are pleased to host a one-day-only trunkshow. Customers will have the opportunity to meet designer Colleen, and enjoy refreshments while shopping. This evening event showcases CMD’s brand new Rose Gold Collection, along with a wide selection of rings, earrings, necklaces, and cuffs not normally stocked at the shop, and a Ring Bar. The designer will be available to personally help Rare Device guests select pieces from her collection that are beautiful, versatile and timeless.

A selection of Ampersand bouquets specially created for Rare Device will also be available for purchase while supplies last.

Please join us for the Valentine’s Pop-Up & Trunk Show with Colleen Mauer Designs and Ampersand on Thursday, February 11 from 5pm-9pm at our Divisadero location (600 Divisadero Street). This event is free and open to the public.

CMD is a jewelry design company founded by industrial designer Colleen Mauer in 2005. Each piece in the CMD collection is handcrafted by a small team of jewelry artisans in Colleen’s storefront and studio on Valencia Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. Colleen designs using texture, color, sounds and tones as tools to transform simple materials into unique pieces of jewelry. Colleen’s work celebrates simple geometries and organic forms, accented by her signature wire-wrapped detailing. CMD jewelry can complement any look, from everyday to modern and chic. Racked, San Francisco Chronicle, NBC Bay Area, DesignMilk, and more have all highlighted the designer’s work. Colleen Mauer Designs was named Best Local Designer in the San Francisco Bay Guardian, Best of the Bay 2010 Readers Poll.

Ampersand is a design studio and flower shop located in the Mission District in a distinctive blue mini-barn on Albion Street. Opened by partners Benjamin and Emerson in the Fall of 2014, Ampersand offers California-grown, custom, unique, and community oriented floral creations for weddings, weekly accounts, deliveries, and Monday pick-me ups alike. Since setting up shop, Ampersand has been lauded by 7x7, Apartment Therapy, Racked, Refinery 29, Spotted SF, Vogue, Martha Stewart, and more.
