So changes are in store later on as I (Rena) am pregnant, and less mobile by the day, and that means fewer visits to gift shows and such. Ultimately it means to scouting the old-fashioned way, which is great, and will ensure that Rare Device will always have rare stuff for you.
Some things we are looking forward to are lovely candlestick holders made in California (see above) that break down into four pieces for easy storage. We are also anticipating Aimee Wilder wallpaper designs, from Brooklyn, as well as an awesome tiny alarm clock and a bright and very modern desk set (scissors, stapler, tape dispenser, clock) that are produced in Japan. Stay tuned as these arrive this summer!
